Every parent and every staff member is a member
The Hampstead Hill Academy PTO works with HHA's teachers and staff to provide the best learning experience for all students at the school. To supplement HHA's rich learning environment, the PTO organizes events that build community and also raise funds for school activities.
The PTO raises money mainly through BeeFit and B3, plus smaller fundraisers and donations. Those resources support school supplies, teachers and staff, the Holiday Wishlist, field trips, clubs, and family events. Teachers, parents, and caregivers are all part of the PTO.
Funding requests may be made for classroom and afterschool activities by teachers, parents, and students alike. The Holiday Wishlist purchases specific items requested for classrooms; it is one part of the PTO's overall support.

From fundraising to school support
PTO fundraising becomes supplies, experiences, and support for the school community. We share the full budget at general meetings.
Where it comes from
BeeFit and B3 generate most income, with smaller fundraisers and donations contributing as well.
What it supported
School supplies, teacher and staff support, the Holiday Wishlist, field trips, clubs, movie nights, dances, and meeting costs including childcare.
What's planned now
This year's budget includes a planned contribution toward the playground. Plans are reviewed and discussed at PTO general meetings.

PTO meetings are open to everyone and are where budget and funding decisions actually get made. Let us know you're coming so we set out enough chairs — and food.
