The Marathon Map

Students log activity on the “My Baltimore Marathon” map: 15 minutes of movement = 1 mile. The goal is 26.2 miles and 21 days of fitness. Write the date and activity in each box and have an adult initial it. Aim for 30 minutes a day.

Ideas: a family walk, a 15-minute dance party, soccer or catch, a GoNoodle or Cosmic Kids video. You can earn more than a mile a day.
