Check or cash

Make checks out to “Hampstead Hill Academy PTO.” Drop them in the PTO mailbox in the school's main office.

HHA PTO is a 501(c)(3)

Your donation may be tax deductible. Email us if you need a receipt or our tax ID, and check with your own tax advisor — we aren't accountants. Our IRS determination letter is posted on the About page.

Other ways to give

It doesn't have to be money

Shop the spirit store

Shirts, sweatshirts, and HHA gear. Your child gets something they'll actually wear and the PTO keeps the margin.

Visit the store

Sponsor an event

Sponsorships start at $250 with a hole sponsorship at The HHA Open, our golf tournament. Parent-owned businesses are welcome and appreciated.

Donate auction items

B3 runs on donated items: experiences, gift cards, tickets, professional services. If you think someone would bid on it, we want it.

About B3

Link your Harris Teeter card

The HHA PTO earns money every time you shop, at no cost to you — you just link your phone number and choose HHA. You can pick up to three schools, so grandparents don't have to choose between grandchildren. It has to be renewed every year.

Give your time

Honestly, this is often worth more than a check. A two-hour shift at an event saves the PTO real money and is what makes the event work at all.

Where it goes

Playground equipment. Materials. Field trips. Enrichment.

Money raised by the PTO has been used to buy playground equipment and learning materials, and to fund field trips and enrichment activities. Teachers, parents, and students can all request funding, and those requests are voted on at open PTO meetings.
