B3 — Bingo, Bidding & Bites
Saturday, April 24, 2027. The spring fundraiser, and the best party on the HHA calendar. Nearly $50,000 raised in 2026.
Bingo, a silent auction, food and drinks
B3 is the one night a year the adults of HHA get a babysitter. You buy bingo cards, bid on the silent auction, eat food donated by neighborhood restaurants, and play for prizes across several rounds of bingo.
Each year has a theme. 2026 was “Out of This World” — space, with the HHA bee in an astronaut suit.
The event runs almost entirely on donations — auction items, food, and drinks all come from local businesses and HHA families. That means nearly everything taken in becomes direct support for the school.
Nearly $50,000 in one night
B3 2026 was the most successful event we've ever run. Under the leadership of Jodi Naaz, Katie Stewart, and their team, the HHA community raised nearly $50,000 in one starry night.
Ways to help
Buy tickets
Tickets go on sale about six weeks out. They sell out — don't wait.
Donate an auction item
Experiences, gift cards, event tickets, professional services, class-made art. If you think someone would bid on it, we want it.
Donate food or drinks
Restaurants, bakeries, breweries, and home cooks all pitch in. B3's food is legendary for a reason.
Volunteer
Setup Friday evening and Saturday morning, check-in and bar during the event, cleanup on Sunday.
B3 volunteer jobs
Setup (Friday evening & Saturday morning) · During the event: check-in, games, food & beverage · Cleanup (Sunday). Most shifts are two hours, and you can stay and enjoy the event before or after yours.
B3 2027 is Saturday, April 24, 6–11 p.m. Tickets go on sale about six weeks ahead and they sell out. Volunteer sign-ups and the auction-item ask will be announced on Facebook, on the Linktree, and here.
